A history lesson about 9th Horse Rifle Regiment. SP1 Grajewo. Poland

       On October 4, 2021, class 8a students from Primary School No. 1 in Grajewo took part in a history lesson on the 9th Horse Rifle Regiment, which was held at the Grajewo Historical Chamber. The main aim of the classes was to show the history of the 9th Regiment of Horse Riflemen. of Gen. Kazimierz Pulaski, who was stationed in Grajewo before the war. During the lesson, students learned about the origins of the 9th Regiment, its history and the history of Grajewo and its vicinity, activities carried out by the 9th Regiment during the war, soldiers' uniforms, the banner and its history, military weapons. In addition, they found out what famous and historical people visited Grajewo and what customs prevailed in our city in the past.

prepared by a history teacher.                           

The classes were organized in connection with the upcoming 100th anniversary of the founding of the 9th Horse Rifle Regiment (October 10, 2021) and as part of the Erasmus + project "Cultural Similarities and Differences Between European Countries".

Lekcja historii o 9PSK

4 października 2021 r. uczniowie klasy 8a ze Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Grajewie, brali udział w lekcji historii na temat 9 Pułku Strzelców Konnych, która odbyła się w Grajewskiej Izbie Historycznej. Głównym celem zajęć było ukazanie dziejów 9 Pułku Strzelców Konnych im. Gen. Kazimierza Pułaskiego stacjonującego przed wojną w Grajewie. Podczas lekcji uczniowie poznali genezę powstania 9 Pułku, jego historię oraz historię Grajewa i okolic, działania jakie prowadził 9 PSK w trakcie wojny, umundurowanie żołnierzy, sztandar i jego historię, broń wojskową. Ponadto dowiedzieli się jakie znane i  historyczne osoby odwiedziły Grajewo oraz jakie zwyczaje panowały w naszym mieście w przeszłości.

Na zakończenie zajęć uczniowie rozwiązywali karty pracy na temat 9 PSK przygotowane przez nauczyciela historii.

Zajęcia zorganizowano w związku ze zbliżającą się setną rocznicą powstania 9 Pułku Strzelców Konnych (10 października 2021 r.) oraz w ramach realizacji projektu Erasmus+ „Cultural Similarities and Differences Between European Countries”.
