Impressions of Croatian students of meeting C6 in Bulgaria

 Ena Čović:

It was amazing, especially meeting new people. I think that it would be better if dance/party was bit before so we get to know each other before. Program was good. I liked  5th day (friday) when we went to river and mall and 1st day (monday) when we were to school. The food was great. It was interesting meeting new people and practicing our English skills. I meet alot of new friends and I had a great time.

Luka Baučić 8.D:

I had very good company in Bulgaria, I learned a lot of English. The 1st day was great, we went to remind the school in Bulgaria what it is like according to Croatian schools. Plovdiv is a beautiful and big city. People are really great. The best day for me is when we went to play football in a camp on Friday, because I really like football. It was nice and I would do it again. Luka Baučić 8.D

Luka Tomasović:

I had a very good time in Bulgaria. I learned a lot about the livestyle there and things people do. Bulgarian language is very similar to croatian. The food there is really good and the hotel was amazing. My favorite activity was the Archery and horse riding because I never tried any of that. It was nice and I would do it again.

Lana Sladojević:

The trip to Bulgaria was unforgettable. Teachers and students from Bulgaria and other countries (that participated in Erasmus) were very approachable and friendly. I really liked the tour program, exploring Plovdiv and other surrounding places that we visited. I'm glad that it wasn't all a gloomy interpretation of history, but also some various team games and activities. All in all, it was a great experience that I would recommend to everyone. Rita Franić Popovac:

Visiting Bulgaria was a great experience. I had the opportunity to meet people my age from all around Europe and learn about their cultures aswell as the Bulgarian culture itself. The program we followed throughout the week was wonderfully crafted, just enough so we could get the taste of Bulgarian tradition and history while strengthening our language skills and presenting our own culture to other participants. Since our week in Plovidv included day-trip excursions to nearby towns, as my personal favourites I have to select the "Bagatur" complex where we participated in workshops of ancient martial arts such as archery and swordfighting and also the visit to the ethnographical complex Rosa Damascena where we got learn about one of the most known symbols of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian rose. Overall, this trip allowed me to experience different cultures and the people who nurture them. Beside the beautiful historical sites that taught me a lot about the Bulgarian history, I also have to mention all the wonderful and creative people I met during this time. Erasmus+ is something I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn about different traditions, make lifelong friendships and share their own culture with them.
